Black Belt Advancement
To my fellow Kenpo Black Belts, of all systems If you would like to expand your knowledge and advance to your next Dan rank we offer those who already hold a black belt in a Kenpo system, the opportunity to advance to the next rank, without politics, and without feeling like you just bought a belt. There will be no test fee for any rank, but you will have to meet certain requirements. You will also have to train and show progress in your skill and knowledge. We will give you things to work on, and you’ll send video of your training for critique. We will meet regularly on Zoom to go over your progress and work on whatever needs attention. We'll take you step-by-step through each level. There’s more to it, but that’s the basics. |

REQUIREMENTS:
One year of study with us before any testing. Produce a Black Belt certificate in a recognized Kenpo system, with verifiable lineage. Be at your current rank for at least one year – per degree. Example… a 1st Degree Black Belt would need 2 years at grade to be considered for 2nd degree promotion Complete all training tasks assigned to you. Submit a weekly video of your training for critique and grading. Meet with you C6k instructor via zoom to go over what we’ve been working on. Participate in C6K social media forum with fellow students and instructors. Take a formal exam. [no test fee-no other costs-Zoom lessons included] |
