Category Six Kenpo isn’t a new style or new system of Kenpo, it’s not even a system of martial arts. Category Six Kenpo is a way of learning Kenpo (all Kenpo systems) beyond their ideal stages. Our goal is to get the most from every single technique. By studying the attack, the environment, and the inevitable resistance an attacker would give, we learn to formulate a fast response. We also learn how to change up, should the attacker get the upper hand. There’s more to it than that, but it’s not a new way of Kenpo, it’s a way of looking at Kenpo.
