Dear Mr. Dennis Nackord,
Congratulation on having pointed out the physics and timing as factors of powering up our strikes.
I also agree that coordination of all the factros is the besta approach to improve our hitting techniques.
With all respects to you Sir, but for the sake of mentioning all the factors, let us not forget targett characteristics, soft, semi-hard or hasrd surface.
As you know, for sure, soft targets. i.-e stomach , are to be hit differently than those hard surfaces, i-e. bones. .
Soft targets require more penetrating input, whereas boney parts need the shortest possible time for impact to generate the shocking vibrational effect.
Seasoned Kung Fu expert know further factor, such as the time of the day and the biological cycles of the opponent etc., which need lots of years to learn, but knowledge of the surface is still within our control.
