May 17th is the 3rd annual “What makes it work?” Kenpo performance workshop. Our goal is to learn how to get the most from every technique and principle. We’re not looking at the material to see if it works, but what makes it work. We’re also going to see what would cause it to fail and formulate ways to stay one step ahead and be able to adapt and improvise under pressure.

The workshop is beginner friendly, open to all ranks 13yrs and older. Attire is full GI, we’re going to use the sleeves and collar, your T-Shirt will not survive. If you have focus mitts or arm shields, bring them. We’re going to spend time developing our accuracy and power.
